Bio:
Shayna Yasuhara is a self-trained American artist based in Oakland, CA. Her current series combines traditional collage techniques and pen to create scenes of other-worldly dimensions. Her work has been featured in a variety of gallery spaces, websites, and publications. Her collage work was made into a Pabst Blue Ribbon billboard in 2010. Past shows include a solo show at the Famous When Dead Gallery in Melbourne, Australia, Sketch Tuesdays at 111Minna in San Francisco, Roll Up Gallery, and D-Structure. Shayna's work has also been shared on SFStation, the cover of alternative newspaper, DigBoston, SF Weekly, Bay Guardian, and many more online and printed publications.

Shayna is also the creator of Paint Pens Collective, an award-winning national low brow, pop surrealist, and underground art collective based in the Bay Area.
